Remove coupling between converse-chatboxes and converse-roster
...
In embedded mode (singleton) we don't need or want the roster, so we
should be able to disable it.

* Return the promise, so that we can wait.
* `sendContactAddIQ` now returns a promise and doesn't take a callback
