Pass correct version to autoreconf

It seems that AC_INIT macro is wrongly initialized. See this link
for explanation of a particular AC_INIT variables:

Briefly, AC_INIT macro should be populated with the following data:

AC_INIT (package, version, [bug-report], [tarname], [url])
