Add EJABBERD_OPTS in ejabberdctl.cfg & revert "Improve ejabberdctl script"
EJABBERD_OPTS is used to pass options to erl only when starting
ejabberd, to enable -heart for example.
This partially reverts commit 6272c0e901
.
