Le 21 septembre 2002, April Food Inc a introduit une requête

enregistrée dans plus de 14 pays, dont la France. Cette marque

servant d'enseigne pour la vente à distance de nourriture pour

animaux, April Food Inc a fait valoir que la présence d'icônes

||||
d'animaux sous un nom de domaine générique « .org » sur le site de

l'association APRIL entretenait la plus grande confusion avec sa
