e0b4ea6652 Update jose to 1.11.5 when Erlang/OTP is 21 or higher 
But use old jose 1.11.1 on Erlang/OTP older than 21
Erlang older than 21 does not support
  try catch _Class:_Reason:_Stacktrace ->
that is used in jose_server.erl

25ddd7b152 Changed default outgoing_s2s_families to IPv6 as servers are within datacenters 
where IPv6 is more commonly enabled (contrary to clients), and if it's not
present - it'll just fall back to IPv4.
