c70561b898 Some API changes: 
* Let contacts.get() return all roster contacts.
* Also, add "open" method for the chats API.

Converse.js will now send chat state notifications of <paused>, <inactive> and
<gone> when the user has stopped typing for 30 seconds, 2 minutes and 10 minutes
respectively.
